● Yabao Pharma v. Victor Segalen Bordeaux II University (Patent No. 2008801118925) – Achieved a favorable ruling with partial invalidation, clearing legal obstacles for the client’s technical implementation (patent enforcement).


● Jiang Ying v. Roche (Patent No. 2013800412221) – Secured partial invalidation, enabling the client’s technology to proceed with commercialization (patent enforcement).
