Mr. Meng Ziwen graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree. He subsequently joined a large state-owned manufacturing enterprise, where he engaged in technical and production-related work, accumulating extensive expertise in mechanical engineering. In 2024, he joined our firm as a patent attorney.

During his practice, Mr. Meng has handled or reviewed numerous patent prosecution matters in the mechanical field, including patent drafting, Office Action (OA) responses, reexaminations, invalidations, as well as the translation and proofreading of foreign patent documents. He has also assisted domestic clients with international patent prosecution in jurisdictions such as the United States, Europe, India, and Brazil.

Mr. Meng excels in technology mining and patent portfolio development, having conducted multiple training sessions and successfully guided clients through patent strategy and portfolio planning. He is certified as an approved agent by many major clients, including a leading new energy vehicle company, Beiqi Foton Motor, BAIC Group, Borgward Group, CH-Auto Technology, Beijing Hyundai, Xiaomi Technology, Meituan-Dianping, and Dongxu Group.
