Ms. XUE has over 10 years of experience in patent prosecution and litigation.  Her technical specialty focuses on Chemical Engineering, Biology and Medicine, for example, Pharmaceutical, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Stem Cell, Enzyme and Protein Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Medical Apparatus etc.

Ms. XUE has handled over 1000 hundred Chinese patent applications in these fields. She also provides various patent services, including legal services regarding Patent Presentation, as well as Opinions on patentability, Re-examination, FTO analysis, and Patent Strategy and License etc. 

- Represented NewAmsterdam Pharma B.V. as lead counsel in patent invalidation administrative litigation against China’s Patent Reexamination Board.  

- Managed 30+ patent administrative complaints in China for a U.S. client, ensuring robust IP protection and enforcement.  

- Conducted freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis for a German corporation in the Chinese market, evaluating risks across 30+ technical points.
